Ahhh, lunch is a long time. Anyhoo, had a think whilst out and about getting rained on, and looking at the ears again, they may work. They look a little bit goaty...
My main concern is keeping the unwrap as easy as possible, so was picturing more of an ear hole, or simply none at all. Let's see how it goes....

Hey Matt, I'm happy if you want try some other ideas for the ears.. I was just thinking the horns didn't quite connect to his head. 100 times better than I could have done though!
